Marbles Ideal Stag Stag Knife Vintage ExceptionalUp for auction is a extremely nice marbles knife with stag on stag handle and pommel. The knief is in excellent condition, close to mint. Teh blade is about full at 4.1/4 long and o. A. L. Is 8.0. The blade is just shy of 1.0 wide (entire length) prior to the tapered point. Blade has excellent steel and sharp are a razor. The sandbar stag handle is excellent, free of any cracks or chips with beautiful dark brown contrasting bark against the whiter stag that only comes with age.
The pictures pretty much tell the story. The perfect pommel matches the handle (looks like marble) perfectly and really compliments the knife as pictures show. Double brass finger guard with red, brass, black, spacers really amke a beautiful contrast with the old stag. Marbles makring is excellent as pciture shows.
